Privacy Policy

This Policy explains what Lobix.AI collects when you use Phenomen Stocks IL, why we collect it, who receives it, how long we keep it, and the controls you have. It describes the service as it is actually built — the tables below name the specific fields we store and the specific companies that process them.

1. Who we are

Lobix.AI Ltd operates Phenomen Stocks IL, a market-analysis service for securities listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE). Lobix.AI Ltd, registered in Tel Aviv, Israel, is the data controller for the personal data described in this Policy.

Our website is https://phenomen-stocks-il.site.lobix.ai. The app your AI assistant connects to is served from https://tase-market.mcp-apps.lobix.ai/mcp. For privacy questions or requests, contact contact@lobix.ai; for general support, support@lobix.ai.

2. What this Policy covers

Phenomen Stocks IL has two parts, and only one of them holds any data about you. This matters for understanding your rights, so we set it out plainly rather than describing one blended service.

• The website (https://phenomen-stocks-il.site.lobix.ai) — informational only. There is nothing to sign in to, no account to create, and no payments: the website stores nothing about you.
• The app (https://tase-market.mcp-apps.lobix.ai/mcp) — the Model Context Protocol server your AI assistant connects to in order to run analysis and store your positions and watchlist. Authentication is handled by WorkOS AuthKit.

Only the app holds an account. Because the website keeps nothing, a request to delete your data concerns the app alone.

This Policy does not cover the AI assistant you use. When you talk to ChatGPT or Claude, your conversation is governed by OpenAI's or Anthropic's own privacy policy. We receive only the specific tool request your assistant sends us — never the surrounding conversation.

3. Data we collect, why, and on what legal basis

We do not use your personal data for advertising or profiling, and we do not sell it.

4. What the app's tools take in, and what they return

Phenomen Stocks IL exposes a set of tools your assistant can call. They fall into a few groups, and only one group writes anything about you.

Market, index, and sector tools (the large majority)

Input is a trade date, an index, a period, or a display language — no personal data. They return prices, volumes, technical indicators, sector breakdowns, and sentiment and momentum readings computed from market data. Nothing about the request is stored beyond the telemetry row described in section 3.

Symbol lookup tools

Input is one or more ticker symbols, plus an optional date range. The symbols you ask about are used to run the query and are not stored and not logged. We do not build a record of what you searched for.

Portfolio and watchlist tools (reading)

These return the rows you have saved, optionally joined to current market data to compute gains and losses. One thing worth stating plainly: the first time you call any of these, the app creates your account record — your WorkOS user identifier and email address — even if you never save a position. Simply asking to see your watchlist is enough to create that record.

Portfolio and watchlist tools (writing and deleting)

Four tools change your data, and only when you ask for it:

• Saving a position stores exactly: symbol, start date, quantity, and optionally average entry price, allocation percentage, and whether the position is long or short. Together these amount to your holdings and cost basis, which we treat as sensitive.
• Saving a watchlist item stores the symbol, a start date, and an optional note of up to 500 characters. That note is free text, stored exactly as you write it — it is the only unstructured content in the system, so please do not put anything in it you would not want stored.
• Deleting a position or watchlist item removes the row from the database immediately and permanently. We keep no copy and no tombstone.

Your conversation with the assistant

We receive only the arguments of the tool call your assistant chooses to make. We never receive your conversation, and we do not record the arguments or the responses — see section 5.

Preferences stored in your browser

The interactive charts and tables remember your display language, your light/dark preference, and which table columns you have hidden. These are stored in your browser's local storage under keys beginning with tase- and are never transmitted to us.

5. What we never collect

• Brokerage credentials, account numbers, or trading authority. Phenomen Stocks IL is read-only market analysis. There is no brokerage integration anywhere in the service; it cannot see, reach, or move your money, and cannot place an order.
• Card or bank details. Phenomen Stocks IL is free to use. We take no payments and operate no checkout, so there is no card number for our servers to see.
• The values you pass to tools, or the results returned to you. Our telemetry records that a tool ran and whether it worked — never its arguments or its response body. There is no logging inside the tool handlers at all.
• Your IP address, as part of usage telemetry.
• Analytics and tracking of any kind. The website loads no analytics tool, no tag manager, no advertising or tracking pixel, and no third-party scripts. Fonts are served from our own domain rather than a font network. The website sets no cookies at all — the only thing kept in your browser is your theme preference, in localStorage on your own device — which is why you are not asked to dismiss a cookie banner.
• Special-category data. We do not ask for, and have no place to store, data about health, beliefs, biometrics, or similar.

6. Who receives your data

We use a small number of service providers. Each processes data only to provide their service to us, under contract. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

We may also disclose data where we are legally required to, or to establish or defend legal claims.

7. International transfers

Lobix.AI Ltd is established in Israel, which the European Commission recognises as providing an adequate level of data protection, so transfers from the EEA to us do not require additional safeguards.

Some of the providers in section 6 process data in the United States or the European Union. Where personal data is transferred to a country without an adequacy decision, that transfer is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses in our agreement with the provider. 8. How long we keep things

Retention is not uniform across the service, and the difference is worth being explicit about:

• Usage telemetry is deleted automatically after 90 days. A scheduled job runs daily and removes anything older. This is enforced in code, not just promised here.
• Your saved positions and watchlist items are kept until you delete them. There is no automatic expiry. If you stop using Phenomen Stocks IL without deleting your data, it stays until you remove it or ask us to.
• Your account record is kept while your account exists, and is removed when you ask us to delete your account.

9. Your rights and controls

Things you can do yourself, right now

• Delete any saved position or watchlist item by asking your assistant to remove it. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
• Cut off the app's access by disconnecting Phenomen Stocks IL in your assistant's connector settings, in ChatGPT or Claude. Access is an OAuth authorization you granted, and withdrawing it takes effect immediately. There is no token to rotate or key to regenerate — nothing secret was ever pasted into your assistant.
• Clear your display preferences by clearing site data in your browser.

Things you can ask us for

Write to contact@lobix.ai to request a copy of your data, a correction, deletion of your account and everything attached to it, or deletion of your usage telemetry sooner than the automatic 90 days. We respond within one month.

If you are in the EEA or the UK

Under the GDPR and UK GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and — where we rely on legitimate interests, which for us is only usage telemetry — to object to that processing. You may lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.

If you are in Israel

Under the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you have the right to inspect the personal data we hold about you and to request that inaccurate data be corrected or deleted.

10. Security

• All traffic to the website and the app is encrypted with TLS.
• Sign-in is handled by a dedicated identity provider (WorkOS). We never see or store your password.
• The app is an OAuth 2.1 resource server: every request's access token is cryptographically verified against the identity provider's published keys before anything runs.
• Database access is restricted to our application services.
• The interactive charts and tables rendered inside your assistant run with an empty external-connection allowlist — they are technically prevented from contacting any outside server.

No system is perfectly secure, but we design so that a breach exposes as little as possible: we hold no passwords, no card details, and no record of what you asked.

11. Children

Phenomen Stocks IL is a financial-analysis tool intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact contact@lobix.ai and we will delete it.

12. Automated decision-making

Phenomen Stocks IL computes scores, indicators, and rankings from market data. These describe securities, not people. We do not make automated decisions that produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you, and we do not profile you for advertising.

13. Changes to this Policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and move the date at the top. Where a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the product before it takes effect. Continuing to use Phenomen Stocks IL after a change means you accept the updated Policy.
